I started out my career in Johannesburg in the advertising industry. But, when we wanted to start a family, we felt that the demands of the industry and the time I would have to dedicate to it, would be too high. I left the industry to study Holistic Health and Wellness and started consulting.
I am happy to be able to offer my clients remedies to help them achieve a balance between body, mind and soul. I have found that these Bach Flower Remedies have worked wonders in my life, helping me to manage my emotional well-being.

I’m Carike Laroque
I am a certified graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a qualified Bach Flower Remedy Practitioner. I help men and women from all walks of life regain control of their emotional wellbeing through coaching programs, Bach Flower Remedies and doTerra Essential Oils.

All my coaching sessions are available via Skype, Zoom, or phone.

A great attitude with motivation to change. You will also need a smartphone or a computer with a strong internet connection, plus sufficient data for the duration of the sessions. You will also need a Skype, Zoom, or email account.

All sessions must be completed within 1 (one) year of purchase. Sessions can’t be carried over to the next year.

Sessions can be rescheduled, provided we are informed not later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.

In the same way that you don’t receive a refund from a doctor, our sessions are not refundable. However, should you have a problem, please reach out to us.

We want you to commit to your wellbeing wholeheartedly. We’ve discovered that our clients who commit fully to the program gain the best results. We, therefore, allow a maximum of 2 (two) sessions to be rescheduled per course.
