Apple Cinnamon Essential Oats

Ingredients:

1 cup Gluten-free rolled oats

1 drop DoTerra Cinnamon Essential Oil (only ever use essential oils that are safe to ingest)

250g Organic Low Fat Plain Yoghurt

5g Almond butter

1/2 Lemon (whole / fresh)

Method:

Add the chopped apple, squeeze of lemon, cinnamon and a splash of water to a pot. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Take off the stove and decant into a separate bowl. Serve with yoghurt and Almond butter and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
